Hotel Rous originated by the rebuilt of burgher house, whose history dates back to the beginnings of the city of Pilsen in 1295. In the house has been preserved original elements as arches, stone frames, etc. The basic plan layout remained the same. One of the most interesting owner was crazy trader, who in the attic of the house operated the first public house of Pilsen. For it was 1789 publicly pilloried in the area in front of the Renaissance town hall.
